Do you accept Insurance?
Counseling and psychotherapy services can be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Currently we don't accept insurance, but can offer you a super bill, which is a detailed document that allows clients to bill their insurance company directly. The superbill includes information similar to what is included in an insurance claim form.
You can call your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand to avoid being charged for late cancellation.
Why don't I just take medication?
In some specific cases, medication might be needed in conjunction with therapy, however medications on their own can’t address the root causes of current imbalances or offer lifelong reliable skills.
I want to get the most out of therapy. What can I do to help?
You help by remaining engaged, asking questions and offering feedback.
